If making the video fails
We redo it once automatically, or refund you in full right away if you prefer. If the redo also fails, you get a full refund.
If the result isn’t usable
It doesn’t look like you, turns back into the original driver, misses the line or gesture, is distorted, is silent, or won’t play. Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We decide within 2 business days, then complete a redo or start a full refund within 1 business day. You choose which.
If your photo can’t be used
Swap in another photo once for free, or get a full refund.
If it takes too long
After the latest delivery time shown before payment, cancel for a full refund. A late delivery does not take away this option.
Full refunds return the amount actually paid, including collected tax. We do not deduct processing fees. Initiating a refund and the money appearing in your account are different steps; your order shows the confirmed refund state.
